What we collect
When you submit the contact form on this site, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, company (if given), and the message you send. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies on this site.
How we use it
We use the information you submit solely to respond to your inquiry and, if an engagement follows, to communicate about that engagement. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
How we store it
Submissions are retained only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry or, if you become a client, for the duration of our engagement and any period required by professional or legal record-keeping obligations.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you at any time by contacting us through the contact page.
YouTube API Services (Quali3D Publisher)
Tachyon Lab operates the Quali3D shop and its YouTube channel, Quali3D (@quali3dshop). Our internal tool, Quali3D Publisher, uses YouTube API Services to upload and schedule videos to our own channel and to read basic statistics for our own videos. By using it, users agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
- Who uses it: only Tachyon Lab staff, signing in with our own Google Workspace account. It has no public users.
- What it accesses: our own channel's video uploads and our own videos' titles, publish dates and view, like and comment counts (OAuth scopes
youtube.uploadandyoutube.readonly). It does not access any other user's channel, account or personal data. - How it is used: to publish our own product videos and to prepare internal weekly marketing reports. YouTube data is not sold, shared with third parties or displayed publicly.
- Storage and deletion: OAuth tokens and report data are stored locally on our own computer. Statistics are refreshed or deleted within 30 days. Stored data can be deleted at any time on request through our contact form.
- Revoking access: access can be revoked at any time on the Google security settings page.
- Cookies: the tool does not place or read cookies or similar technologies on any user's device.
